Maybe we were just really hungry, but the food tasted absolutely incredible. For the two of us, we ordered a smoky, umami-rich roll with an elegant Japanese finish; a vibrant, spicy roll topped with cherry tomatoes, crispy onions, and chives for bold flavor and texture; DHICHI NO MISO; and DRAGON TAN TAN. We ended up completely stuffed, but everything was so delicious that we actually wished we weren’t trying to stay skinny! 😂 The service was excellent. Our waitress was incredibly sweet, attentive, and friendly. We also had a couple of beers, and they were fantastic too. Would we come back again? 100% yes — and definitely more than once!

Vegan eats review: Pla-ton: the noodles have a delicious bite. Homey and satisfying La la Papaya: perfect for the summer Super Mario Bros: reminds me of a tuna or crab salad Goma Q: pleasant palate cleanser after the fried foods Vrooklyn Gyoza: meaty flavor Kali Kali Kale Salad: a tad spicy Niwa No Uguisu Doburoku Sake: creamy and sooth great compliment to the meal Staff efficient kind Vibe: chill beautiful design with space and not bustling Presentation of eats made our date night feel extra special Can’t wait to visit again and I’ll save room for dessert next time.

Food was amazing. The papaya sushi was such a perfect combo of flavors with the fruity papaya and the savory rice. Kale salad was good, a little spicy. Noodles are very good, a little chewy in a good way. Vibe of the room is great, EXCEPT the AI generated music they played was unsettling. (Not sure if it was intentionally AI or if it was just an auto playlist gone rogue). It just sounded off to not be real music and was a little distracting from the experience. Great service.

I was really surprised by the quality of the Ramen and the broth. We got the daigo no miso and the tan tan mien . Tan tan was spicy very good flavor. Daigo also was very rich. We also got the mushroom tempura. They also gave free refill of noodles Came on jazz night for Saturday, $8/person. Really impressed with all vegetarian fare

We had such a cozy, satisfying meal at Ippudo V with the modern and warm vibe, perfect for a comforting ramen night. Loved their all-vegan selection, which is honestly refreshing to see done so thoughtfully. We started with the Vrooklyn Gyoza, it was easily one of the best vegan gyozas I have had in a long time. They were incredibly flavorful with a subtle smoky depth. For ramen, we tried Platon Tonkotsu, their take on the signature tonkotsu-style broth. It was unique, deeply flavorful, and felt like warmth served in a bowl. The tofu and fried enoki mushrooms added great texture, comforting, hearty, and just so yummy. We also tried the Dragon Tantan which had bold, rich, aromatic broth. Deeply satisfying and layered with flavor. I was really excited to try the Orange Fruit Sandwich for dessert. The flavors were nice and refreshing, though the bread felt slightly dry. That said, it was easy to overlook considering how fabulous the savory dishes were. The only area that could use some improvement is the service. It was quite slow and there’s definitely room to elevate the experience. Overall, a fantastic vegan ramen spot I would happily return to.
